Job summary

Walden Security is hiring a MSU Field Technician to support the Technology Services Division in the Tennessee area. The role involves installing, diagnosing, and repairing mobile surveillance units and related components, while coordinating with the Technical Team to meet standards and timelines.

The position requires strong communication, ability to read blueprints, and willingness to travel for MSU contracts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret general business materials and procedures in English.
• Experience with low-voltage troubleshooting.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain surveillance units and wiring.
• Conduct site tours and coordinate with management staff on operations.
• Travel as needed for TSD contracts and assist training.
