Pape’ Machinery, Inc. – Construction & Forestry Division in Sparks, NV is seeking an experienced Field Technician/Mechanic to service construction and forestry equipment at customer sites.

You will travel in a fully equipped service vehicle, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to keep equipment running at peak uptime. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel equipment across brands.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer-relations skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites in a fully equipped service vehicle to service construction and forestry equipment.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs to maximize uptime and performance.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism with customers.
