Job summary

Velocityteam is seeking a skilled Field Technician in Chicago, Illinois to carry out mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on various industrial equipment, including lift trucks. You'll oversee maintenance operations, maintain inventory, and ensure safety compliance within the shop.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and work independently. A full benefits package starts immediately with competitive pay, including PTO and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in industrial battery handling.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on lift trucks.
• Manage the maintenance shop ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Complete service records accurately and handle various assigned tasks.
