Job summary

Action Environmental is seeking motivated Field Technicians to perform industrial cleaning and environmental services across diverse sites, from power generation to manufacturing. You’ll operate vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems while following strict safety protocols on active job sites.

This full-time role reports to the Field Supervisor in the Direct Labor unit. Candidates should be willing to work long hours, nights, weekends, and travel as needed to support emergency and scheduled

Qualifications

Pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical required.
Facial standards per OSHA Respiratory Protection standard.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on industrial cleaning and environmental services on active job sites.
Operate vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems.
Follow strict safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times.
Work as part of a team to complete demanding projects efficiently and safely.
Handle physically active tasks including lifting, pulling, and maneuvering equipment up to 75lbs.
Work in various environments including confined spaces, elevated areas, and outdoors.
Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls, including on short notice.
Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role.
