Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Field Technicians to join our team at Offutt Air Force Base. In this role, you will provide comprehensive end-user support and manage the installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of various telecommunications systems, equipment, cabling, and other related systems. Additionally, you will assist with asset management for on-site devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Install, program, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems, cabling, and associated equipment.
• Ensure the security and functionality of various telecom systems.
• Assist with the asset management of on-site devices.

Requirements:

• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD baseline certification.
• 6-10 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, PCs, and other devices.
• Security Clearance required (interim level at a minimum).
• IT education preferred.
