Enbridge Inc. in Oxford, MS is hiring a Field Technician II to ensure safe, reliable operation of critical equipment in a hands-on, field environment. You will follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs while maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant training/experience, solid technical and analytical skills, and good communication. The position offers hybrid work with outdoor duties and potential overtime or overnight travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of directly relevant training and experience.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication; proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant, and consistent functioning of Enbridge equipment by following all safety procedures.
• Address equipment malfunctions, damage, and emergencies to protect life, property, and system integrity.
• Manage documentation and materials by completing accurate reports, interpreting drawings and as‑builts, and overseeing ordering, receiving, transferring, and inventory of materials.
• Support maintenance planning by assisting with work plans, providing budget-related input, and recommending spare parts levels to reduce downtime.
• Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Enbridge Safety Policies and Procedures and act in accordance with them at all times.
• Performs other duties as required and as qualified for, which may include tasks in electrical controls, equipment operation, measurement, telecommunications, mechanical technician, and operations technician roles, depending on business needs and operational requirements.
