Job summary

Holland Pump is looking for a Field Technician I to perform on-site service and delivery of diesel pumps. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain equipment while providing clear instruction and exemplary customer service.

Applicants should diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, lift up to 70 pounds, and travel as needed. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other related equipment
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on diesel engines and pumps
• Install, configure, and maintain Holland Pump’s equipment
• Answer customer inquiries regarding technical problems
• Deliver and set up, with customer assistance and instruction on use
• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and document user requests
• Pick up rentals and note damage to equipment
• Maintain inventory of all parts on service truck
• Test and evaluate systems to ensure optimal performance
