Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable delivery and vault technician to support graveside prep, vault handling, and installation duties. This outdoor role requires physical stamina and respectful, professional conduct when serving grieving families.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. We operate 7 days a week with overtime available, including some evenings, weekends and holidays, and we emphasize safety, cleanliness, and dignified service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train.

Responsabilités

• Closing and lowering vault after service (may assist gravedigger by shoveling dirt).
• Prep concrete burial vaults as ordered
• Load, transport and unload burial vaults in the company vehicle
• Installing vault into the grave
• Assembly and disassembly of graveside tents
• Preparation for graveside service (placing chairs, chair covers)
• Keep daily reports including pre-trip and post-trip logs
• Maintain a maintenance schedule on vehicle and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck, warehouse and shop
• Ensure all work is done timely, correctly, and safely
• Provide a safe, respectful burial presentation for family and guests at the gravesite
• Communicate service-related issues with plant manager
