Job summary

You will support customers on site and document service activities, while adhering to safety policies and company procedures. The position emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration with senior technicians, and ongoing technical training to develop essential field-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance in the field.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to company products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of service reports, installations, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during field visits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and departmental policies.
