Intertek-PSI in Dayton, OH seeks an Entry Level Field Technician I to join our team. This on-site role supports testing, site assessments, and field observations under supervision within the A/E/C industry.

You will operate testing equipment for soil and concrete samples, review drawings and specifications, document results, and travel up to 25% with a valid driver's license. High school diploma required; ACI certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to lift, move, push and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently; Occasionally, over 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, (hearing) and to make the discriminations in sound.
• Ability to kneel and squat occasionally.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to climb occasionally, and work at various heights.
