Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Civil construction experience or related field training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates or assists with construction, excavation, and hauling equipment, including backhoes, skid steers, mini-excavators, gradalls, asphalt rollers, and dump trucks.
• Performs excavation, trenching, grading, subgrade prep, concrete/equipment-pad prep, backfill, and site restoration.
• Installs or assists with underground raceway systems (conduit, sweeps, fittings, spacers, pull rope, handholes, vaults, junction boxes).
• Assists electrical personnel with grounding, cable handling/pulling, equipment placement, labeling, terminations, and testing within training scope.
• Reads civil and electrical drawings and schedules; reports site conflicts or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Loads, stocks, and organizes trucks/equipment to maintain daily jobsite readiness.
