Job summary

Barranco Enterprises, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Technician I – Foundation Technician to install, service, and maintain beverage systems, ice machines, and food equipment.

This position features a structured travel-based schedule and a 12-week paid development program. You will begin in the Foundation Phase with classroom and field instruction, earn internal certifications, and progress along the tech ladder as you demonstrate safety, skill, and field readiness.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to complete OSHA 10 within first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Travel in structured multi-week rotations to install and service equipment.
• Perform installations, rollouts, and preventative maintenance of beverage systems and food equipment.
• Provide service in active retail and restaurant environments.
• Maintain professional, clean job sites and follow Barranco standards.
• Complete Foundation Phase training during initial period.
