Description

Technician I – Foundation Technician

  • Install
  • Service
  • Preventative Maintenance

As we expand nationally, we are not just hiring technicians:

  • We are building professionals.
  • We run organized jobs.
  • We hold a high standard.
  • We expect our technicians to do the job right the first time.

Your First 12 Weeks: A Paid Investment in Your Success

Every technician begins in our Foundation Phase. This is a structured 12-week development program where you are:

  • Paid to train
  • Exposed to every major job type we perform
  • Taught in both classroom and field settings
  • Certified through our internal technical curriculum
  • Trained to operate under the Barranco Standard

If you’re new to the trade, this is your entry into a technical career. If you’re experienced, this ensures alignment to how we execute — safely, professionally, and consistently across every market we serve. This is not orientation. It is a paid technical education process.

The Tech Ladder: Performance Drives Pay

We Operate On a Defined Advancement Ladder

Technician I ? Technician II ? Technician III

Scaling the ladder means scaling your pay.

Advancement Is Directly Tied To

  • Skill validation

  • Preventative maintenance programs
  • Beverage and ice machine service
  • Active retail and restaurant environments
  • Defined scopes of work
