Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of mechanical experience with equipment, preferably with Caterpillar.
• CDL required.
• Strong working knowledge of power train and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in the field.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs.
• Keep customers updated on the status of jobs.
• Carry a company cell phone and be available 24/7.
