Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is hiring a safety-focused Field Technician / General Labor in Lima, OH. You will perform manual labor duties, operate hydro-blasting equipment and vac-truck, and assist in job-site setup and teardown while prioritizing health and safety.

The role requires a strong work ethic, ability to travel as needed, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to pass pre-employment and post-accident drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license or strong driving record.
• Reliable transportation is required or strongly preferred.
• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic and adherence to rules.
• Must be able to work varied hours, be on-call, and travel as required.
• Physical ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment and post-accident drug screening.
• May be required to wear respirators depending on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority.
• Learn and follow safety, operational, and company rules from designated representatives.
• Hands-on operation of manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment and vac-truck.
• Assist in setup and teardown of job sites.
• Perform work as directed by supervisor or leadership personnel.
