Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel to customer premises and company facilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with computers and software applications; able to use hand tools.
• Excellent communication, time management, organization, and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers in the field.
• Educate customers on product use and capabilities.
• Work outdoors, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on site.
• Maintain tools, vehicle, and safety protocols while on assignments.
