Frontier Natural Gas Company is seeking a Construction Field Laborer to support piping system installation, maintenance, and customer equipment service at the ELKIN CITY PLANT. You will work under foremen and supervisors in field environments, performing installations, rebuilds, and adjustments, and communicating complex topics clearly to customers and team members.

The role emphasizes safety, on-call rotation, and staying proficient with company manuals while maintaining vehicles and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required for this position.
• The individual will be expected to have a valid motor vehicle license.
• Bondable with no record of felony convictions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Foreman’s and Supervisor’s directions on new construction activities.
• Follow Foreman’s and Supervisor’s directions on system maintenance.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment necessary for job functions.
• Control job inventory and provide as-built information for records.
• Self-inspect construction activities and respond to emergencies as needed.
