Job summary

Satellites Unlimited is seeking a Field Technician to join our employee-owned team. You’ll install satellite TV and broadband equipment, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on smart home devices while delivering strong service and growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $18/hour with raises to $19/hour after 3 months and $20/hour after 6 months; top performers can earn up to $35/hour. A company vehicle, fuel card, and tools are provided along with paid training and employee ownership.

Qualifications

Entry level technician role suitable for individuals with mechanical aptitude and strong communication.
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

Install and service DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring products.
Troubleshoot equipment and service issues.
Educate customers on smart home technology and drive product sales through recommendations.

What Youll Need

Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 80lbs and carry extension ladders
Stand for long periods of time
Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
Work in confined spaces
Professional Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid drivers license and clear driving record
Pass background check and drug screen
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
