Linder Industrial Machinery Company, a leading Southeast heavy equipment dealer, seeks skilled Heavy Equipment Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain construction equipment in shop and field environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in Diesel or Heavy Equipment Technology.
• Equivalent apprenticeship or hands-on experience considered.
• Experience with construction, mining, agricultural, trucking, or heavy industrial equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment and related components.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain repairs.
• Develop repair plans and determine necessary parts, materials, and tooling.
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Prepare service reports, work orders, warranty documentation, and repair recommendations.
• Order and manage parts through company systems.
• Communicate repair status and findings with supervisors and customers.
• Maintain company vehicles, service trucks, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform shop and field service work as assigned.
