Job summary

Freshpure in Tracy, CA is seeking a Field Technician to clean and collect data on our water dispensing equipment located in a local health food store. This part-time role involves very light travel and reporting results by email, with an expected 1 hour weekly commitment per assigned store.

You will build positive relationships with store staff, provide basic technical service, and escalate leaks or abnormal readings to Tech Support.

• Must have a smartphone and email access.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladder.

Responsibilities

• Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
• Call Tech Support immediately regarding any leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
• Periodically, take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory etc.
