525 Technologies is seeking a Field Technician to support camera installations, low-voltage cabling, and access control systems for school systems. This onsite, full-time role requires hands-on technical experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision, while presenting a professional image on customer sites.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with camera installations, low-voltage work, or access control systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in ceiling spaces as required.
• Professional demeanor when working in school environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and service: Security cameras (IP and related hardware), low-voltage cabling, access control.
• Perform on-site work at schools and educational facilities.
• Read and follow installation plans, diagrams, and scope documents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation or connectivity issues.
• Communicate clearly with school staff and administrators.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Represent 525 Technologies professionally on customer sites.
• Document work performed and report job status as required.
