Job summary

NWS is hiring Field Technicians in Memphis/Germantown, TN to maintain FreshPure water vending machines at retail stores. You work as an independent contractor, on a fixed route, about an hour per stop, and you control your schedule. You’ll clean and disinfect machines, take meter readings, snap photos, and report issues to the home office.

Supplies are provided and there is real support from a home office. No experience with water systems is required; if you’ve done field services or delivery

NWS operates water vending machines in retail stores across the country. We’re building a team of Field Technicians in Memphis/Germantown, TN to keep those machines clean, stocked, and running right. It’s straightforward work, it pays well, and you’re in charge of your own time.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Clean and disinfect the FreshPure machine inside and out
• Take meter readings and log the data on your service report
• Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit
• Submit your completed report to the home office when you’re done
• Call in anything that looks off — damage, mechanical issues, anything unusual

That’s it. Each stop takes about an hour. Your total hours per week depend on how many stores are on your route.

This Is NOT a Repair Job

You’re not expected to fix anything. If a machine has a mechanical or technical issue, you flag it and we send a Service Technician. Your job is to keep things clean, documented, and reported — that’s where your value is.

What You Need to Get Started

• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• A smartphone with a camera for photo submissions
• Attention to detail — you follow the checklist, every time
• You show up when you’re scheduled. That’s the most important thing.

No experience in water systems required. If you’ve done field services, retail merchandising, delivery routes, janitorial work, or anything similar — you’ll hit the ground running.
