Job summary

Seatrax, Inc. is seeking qualified Field Service Technicians to join our team at all U.S. locations. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment in offshore environments, along with performing regular inspections and participating in training programs.

Applicants must have at least three years of experience in the relevant field. Candidates should be comfortable with transportation to offshore facilities by boat or helicopter. Seatrax, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate or replace faulty hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment in an offshore environment.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly inspections of offshore equipment.
• Participate in training programs.

Skills

Knowledge of diagnostic and testing tools

Ability to read electrical and instrument circuitry

Key Skills

• Knowledge of diagnostic and testing tools used in the trade
• Knowledge of original equipment manufacturers' technical manuals and specifications and the ability to read and interpret electrical and instrument circuitry
• Capable of understanding and interpreting equipment performance and instrument data and drawings
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Able to receive and give direction
• Must be willing to transport by boat or helicopter to offshore facilities
