We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Field Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with hands-on construction experience who take pride in their craftsmanship and want to grow within a reputable and fast-paced company.

Responsibilities

• Field technician responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prepping and building indoor and outdoor cell sites associated with construction, equipment and RF materials.
• Preparing new cell site equipment (indoor and outdoor) in accordance with RF Engineering Designs set forth by the carrier.
• On-site prepping for all new cell sites, new sector additions and cabinet additions.
• New Cell Deployments (NCDs), new sector additions and RF related troubleshooting.
• Identifying alarms and diagnosing the issue.
• Proficiency in test gear equipment.
• Utilizing equipment programs.
• Performing and implementing all work done to the CIK standards and quality required by customer.
• Abiding and implementing all company and OSHA safety standards.
• Reporting and maintaining proper inventory counts.
• Maintenance, organization and cleanliness of any company issued vehicle.
• Properly maintaining and caring for all company issued tools and equipment.
• Compliance with all safety standards and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Industry experience preferred, but open to entry-level candidates
• Experience in a wireless telecommunications environment is a plus
• Anritsu/PIM and PPC certifications preferred
• Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical concepts
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet navigation, and Windows OS
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must pass a drug test
• Must have a clean driving record and be insurable under CIK’s insurance provider
• Must meet the standard safety climb gear component rating of 260 lbs.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday

Pay

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
