EchoStar is recruiting a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will teach users how to operate their devices, promote additional services, and maintain a neat, professional work area while working independently with team support.

Responsibilities include traveling to homes, solving problems, climbing ladders, lifting up to 70 lbs, and meeting safety requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes


• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful


• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
