Job summary

EnerStar Solutions in Odessa, Texas is seeking a Communications Technician I to install and deploy Starlink, LTE, and networking systems at worksites. This role involves providing technical support and performing maintenance on communication equipment, all within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EnGenius Certified Network Specialist required.
• 1 year of technical or hands-on team experience preferred.
• Experience with telecom, satellite, networking, or cabling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and deployment of Starlink, LTE, and networking systems.
• Support rig-ups, rig-downs, and jobsite equipment moves.
• Install and troubleshoot internet, camera, and remote monitoring systems.
• Provide basic field-level technical support to teams and customers.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on communications equipment.
