Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to service multiple brands across Detroit and nearby markets. You will install displays, update fixtures, and follow client planograms while traveling to assignments within 90 miles of your home. A smartphone is required to capture photos and complete documentation.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, weekday assignments, and a need for reliable transportation, with background and MVR checks as part of screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow planograms and use hand/power tools.
• Must own a smartphone and be able to upload photos via mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Install and service retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps and displays.
• Follow planograms and client merchandising directives with accuracy.
• Complete forms and surveys for each job before leaving site.
• Travel up to 90 miles from home to assignments; lift up to 60 lbs.
• Maintain clean work area and document work with photos.
