Job summary

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with mechanical and electrical systems, preferably in automation, and possesses strong troubleshooting skills. You'll build technician onboarding programs, interact with customers, and lead complex problem-solving in dynamic environments. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• Prior experience in a lead or senior role with proven ability to develop others.
• Comfortable working with programming languages and command-line tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and set technical standards for the team.
• Operate, maintain, and repair multi-robotic welding systems.
• Serve as the trusted customer point of contact during high-pressure situations.
