Job summary

WTG Energy in Texas is seeking a hands-on field technician to support meter service, installation, and related natural gas line work in Kermit and the surrounding area.

You will perform connections, disconnections, and maintenance tasks, including installing and repairing main and service lines, fusing pipe, and keeping accurate service records. A valid Texas driver's license and on-call rotation are required, with residency within 35 miles of Kermit.

• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and maintain insurability with corporate insurance.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment testing.
• Employees are subject to on-call rotation.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions, and some heavy lifting.
