Job summary

Hulcher Resources, Inc. is hiring an Environmental Field Technician II to support environmental cleanup, industrial maintenance, and emergency response projects across the country.

This hands-on role requires working outdoors, operating equipment, traveling, and collaborating with a team to solve complex challenges. Preferred candidates have a strong work ethic, ability to travel, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Class B CDL preferred.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to hazardous and non-hazardous material cleanup projects.
  • Assist with environmental remediation and industrial decontamination activities.
  • Operate high‑pressure water blasting equipment to clean industrial equipment including pipes, tanks, boilers, and heat exchangers.
  • Assist with operation of vacuum trucks, hydro‑blasting equipment, and specialized cleaning equipment.
  • Load, transport, and prepare hoses, tools, chemicals, and equipment needed for projects.
  • Perform equipment setup, operation, and breakdown.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, pressure washers, and industrial equipment.
  • Work safely in confined spaces, elevated areas, and industrial environments.
  • Perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and service records.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and environmental regulations.
  • Communicate job progress, observations, and concerns to supervisors.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

$24.50 - $26.50/Hour + Overtime | Paid Travel

Hulcher Resources is seeking motivated Environmental Field Technicians to support, environmental cleanup, industrial maintenance, and remediation projects throughout the country.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, traveling, and being part of a team that responds to challenging industrial and environmental projects.

If you have experience in construction, industrial labor, manufacturing, agriculture, oil & gas, utilities, mechanical work, or other physically demanding environments, this could be the career opportunity for you.

No industry experience? No problem. We provide training for individuals with strong work ethics and backgrounds in construction, farming, manufacturing, landscaping, oilfield, railroad, welding, mechanical work, or other hands‑on trades.

What You’ll Do

As an Environmental Field Technician II, you will support environmental cleanup, industrial maintenance, and emergency response operations for customers across multiple industries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to hazardous and non-hazardous material cleanup projects.
