Job summary

Hulcher Resources, Inc. is hiring a Field Tech II to support clients across the United States in agriculture, railroad, grain processing, and industrial settings. The role involves extensive travel, hands-on work outdoors, and operating heavy equipment.

The position offers starting pay of 22–24 USD per hour with overtime, a company vehicle during travel, and full benefits. Training is provided, with advancement paths into level III technician and management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CDL Class B is a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable in confined spaces and at heights.
• Physically capable of lifting and performing demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the United States supporting customers in agriculture, railroad, grain processing and industrial sectors.
• Clean grain silos, storage bins and industrial vessels with specialized equipment.
• Transfer materials using industrial vacuum systems.
• Remove compacted materials by scraping, shoveling and vacuum operations.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pressure washers and industrial equipment.
• Work safely in confined spaces and elevated work areas.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
• Wear and maintain PPE as required.
• Inspect equipment and report progress to supervisors.
• Work independently and with experienced crews.
• Occasionally assist with emergency response and industrial cleanup.

No industry experience? No problem. We provide training for individuals with strong work ethics and backgrounds in construction, farming, manufacturing, landscaping, oilfield, railroad, welding, mechanical work, or other hands-on trades.

What You'll Do
