Job summary

National Water Services Rockwall is seeking Field Technicians to keep FreshPure Water Machines clean, stocked, and operating across a set route in Rockwall, Texas.

Each stop takes about an hour, with a consistent schedule and a fixed route. You’ll clean, log meter data, photograph conditions, submit reports, and flag issues for repair. A reliable vehicle, valid license, smartphone with camera, and attention to detail are required. Supplies are provided and support from a home office is available.

• Attention to detail — you follow the checklist, every time.
• You show up when scheduled and stay on route.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect the FreshPure machine inside and out.
• Take meter readings and log the data on your service report.
• Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit.
• Submit your completed report to the home office when you’re done.
• Call in anything that looks off — damage, mechanical issues, anything unusual
