Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Field Team Lead to coach and develop our Residential Canvassing team while working alongside them in the field in Meridian, ID. The role operates Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a pay of $26 per hour plus uncapped performance bonuses.

You will lead canvassers, coach conversations, organize daily field activities, and represent the company professionally to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in canvassing, door-to-door sales, field marketing, or related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across backgrounds.
• High energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate others while maintaining accountability.
• Proven ability to meet goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to stay on task.
• Able to coach others and give/receive feedback in real time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Residential Canvass team in the field, coaching on communication and conversations.
• Support daily field operations: organize territories, equipment, and activities.
• Build a strong team culture with clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Drive performance and represent Renewal by Andersen with homeowners, following company standards and processes.
