Job summary

NGL Energy Partners is seeking a SWD Operator to monitor Water Solutions facilities and pipelines, traveling to multiple SWD sites to ensure pumps and equipment function optimally. You will generate daily reports, assist with maintenance, and escalate issues to minimize downtime.

The role requires keeping facilities safe, compliant, and fully operational, with frequent field travel and adherence to safety policies. Strong communication and mechanical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within region and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report daily system conditions and oil volumes.
• Coordinate field equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Safely operate and assist with injection wells.
• Communicate safety concerns and follow OSHA rules.
