Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Survey Technician to join our Bridgeport, West Virginia team. The role offers hands-on experience supporting land surveying projects with seasoned professionals in a field-based environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of survey, construction or site inspection experience or equivalent education.
• Experience or knowledge of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey preferred.
• High school diploma is required.
• Associate or Bachelor's in Survey Engineering/Geomatic or related field preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with topographic and boundary surveys to support land development, infrastructure, and construction projects
• Support construction stakeout activities to accurately position facilities and site improvements
• Learn to operate modern survey equipment and data collection technology
• Record field data, prepare field sketches, and assist with survey documentation
• Utilize surveying software and tools to gather, retrieve, and interpret field data
• Perform basic survey calculations and support project deliverables
• Collaborate with survey crews and project teams to ensure timely completion
• Support additional survey field activities as needed
