Command Investigations, LLC is seeking Surveillance Investigators to join a dynamic, fast-paced team. Ideal candidates have investigative experience, integrity and independence, and a drive to succeed in challenging environments.

Compensation is $20-$25 per hour, with varied shifts including early mornings, weekends, overtime and holidays. This is a full-time, on-road role with growth opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Prior investigative experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Willingness to travel; start as early as 3:00 AM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveillance investigations by observing, tracking, and documenting subjects’ activities.
• Monitor and record subjects during daily activities with discretion.
• Perform vehicular and on-foot surveillance while maintaining cover.
• Develop and execute pre-surveillance planning for each location and case.
• Record and document findings through video and written reports.
• Submit reports and video evidence within required timeframes.
• Communicate with team leaders regarding positions and strategy.
• Utilize surveillance equipment and investigative software.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety compliance.
