Job summary

VRC Investigations in Maryland is seeking experienced Surveillance Investigators to join a field-based team. The role is hourly and non-exempt, with daily travel within the designated territory. You will conduct stationary, mobile, and covert surveillance, document findings, and provide testimony when required. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within SIU Investigations and other operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in surveillance methods and reporting.
• Ability to travel 75% and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass drug and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stationary, mobile, and covert surveillance.
• Document findings into reports and provide video evidence.
• Testify at hearings and trials as needed.
• Perform background checks and client communications.
• Develop investigative strategies based on assignments.
