Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking an Experienced Field Investigator to conduct surveillance and identify potential fraudulent insurance claims. You will perform stationary and mobile surveillance, obtain video and photographic evidence, and prepare thorough, court-ready reports for clients.

This independent role often requires long hours in your vehicle, with early starts and travel within a 2-hour radius; weekends and holidays are common.

Qualifications

• Experience in covert surveillance and producing high-quality video footage.
• Ability to write thorough investigative reports.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain one where required.

Responsibilities

• Case Preparation: Review preliminary reports and case information.
• Field Surveillance: Conduct covert surveillance and capture video evidence.
• Report Writing: Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports.
• Documentation: Finalize case files and upload video footage.
• Communication: Coordinate with field supervisor and operations teams.
