Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking an Experienced Field Investigator to conduct surveillance and gather evidence for potential fraudulent insurance claims. You will perform stationary and mobile surveillance, obtain video and photographic evidence, and prepare thorough, detailed client reports.

The role requires driving to assignments, managing equipment, and producing court-ready documentation. This is an independent field position with travel as needed and weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in covert surveillance and producing high-quality video footage.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain one (where required).

Responsibilities

• Case preparation: review reports and case information.
• Field surveillance: conduct covert surveillance and capture video evidence.
• Report writing: draft detailed and court-ready investigative reports.
• Documentation: finalize case file and upload video footage.
• Communication: coordinate with the field supervisor and operations teams.
