Job summary

Weinstein Properties seeks a Field Support Supervisor (Multifamily Regional Maintenance) to oversee maintenance across multiple communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role supports the Asset Management and Support team and is ideal for someone with regional apartment maintenance supervision experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years regional maintenance supervision, 5+ years in multifamily maintenance, EPA certification, and hands-on project experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a multi-family regional support role.
• 5+ years experience in multi-family maintenance.
• EPA certified - Type I and II or Universal.
• Knowledge of work safety.
• Hands on maintenance support experience required.
• Experience in capital projects such as exterior building repairs, construction knowledge, reading blueprints, identifying erosion repairs, water intrusion and writing work requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Visit WP properties frequently to understand needs and provide onsite technical support.
• Identify and address maintenance challenges and assist in vendor management.
• Evaluate products, equipment, and vendors for suitability.
• Assist in transitioning projects from Construction Group to property oversight with knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Collaborate with managers to define scope, priority, vendor selection, and project management to completion.
• Support onsite teams by evaluating work and giving clear guidance.
• Encourage quality contractors and vendors to bid projects.
• Review contractor and vendor proposals for scope and cost reasonableness.

Field Support Supervisor (Multifamily Regional Maintenance)

To help build on this success, we are looking to add a qualified Field Support Supervisor to our team.

The Field Support Supervisor works as part of our Asset Management and Support team. This role would be perfect for someone who has regional apartment maintenance supervisor experience.

Location:

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (will support several of our communities in this region)

Field Support Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Visit WP properties frequently to understand their needs and be available for technical support onsite.
• Appreciate the challenges that maintenance teams face and identify solutions and assist in vendor management.
• Assist with the evaluation of products, equipment, and vendors.
• Assist in facilitating the transition of projects from the Construction Group to property team oversight, including knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Work with managers and supervisors to manage property operations including identification of needs and their relative priority, establishing work scope and work requirements, vendor selection, evaluating proposals, and managing an assigned project through to completion.
• Support onsite teams by evaluating work projects and giving guidance and proper instruction.
• Actively encourage quality contractors and vendors to bid projects.
• Review contractor and vendor proposals for scope of work and cost reasonableness.

Field Support Supervisor Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in a multi-family regional support role
• 5+ years experience in multi-family maintenance
• EPA certified - Type I and II or Universal
• Knowledge of work safety
• Hands on maintenance support experience required
• Experience in capital projects - such as exterior building repairs, construction knowledge, ability to read blueprints, identifying erosion repairs, water intrusion and writing work requirements to address issues
• Valid driver's license
