Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a Field Support Specialist to join our Lake Worth Beach team. This role supports collection and post-collection operations by keeping sites safe, clean, organized, and productive.

You will work with drivers, operators, and maintenance staff to maintain efficient operations in outdoor environments. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on tasks across multiple sites, including yards, transfer stations, and facilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a physically demanding environment (construction, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, waste and recycling, utilities, etc.)
• Ability to work safely in outdoor operational environments
• Willingness to follow verbal and written instructions; dependable attendance

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across collection and post-collection facilities
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, equipment, containers, and supplies
• Assist drivers, heavy equipment operators, recycling personnel, maintenance staff, and other operations teams
• Perform facility housekeeping, litter collection, pressure washing, landscaping, and general site cleanup
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pressure washers
• Follow safety policies, environmental regulations, and operating procedures
• Support storm response, special projects, and other operational initiatives as needed

You'll work alongside drivers, heavy equipment operators, maintenance employees, recycling personnel, and operational leadership to help maintain safe, organized, and efficient worksites.No two days are exactly the same.
