Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 2 years of Quality/Process Improvement experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong analytical skills.
• Co-Op/Internship in Manufacturing, Supply Chain with Lean tools & knowledge of SPC, FMEA and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Leads Process Improvement tools and methods to reduce quality losses in a DC.
• Delivers KPI analysis and creates standard work to reduce variation.
• Supports WPS program deployment and project execution.
• Helps build capability of area managers and associates.
