Job summary

keystoneclear is seeking experienced water transfer professionals to lead on-site operations within our Eastern Ohio Water Transfer Operations network. The Field Supervisor will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with environmental and client expectations.

You will manage crew members, serve as the client point of contact, and play a key role in quality control and team training.

• Lead on-site water transfer operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental and client expectations.
• Manage crew members and coordinate work flow on site.
• Serve as the client point of contact and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control and contribute to team training and performance.
• Sign-on bonus eligibility applies with $6,000 paid out in four quarterly payments.
