Responsibilities

• You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
• As a Field Supervisor on residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects you will: create an exceptional client experience, plan and supervise projects from start to finish, and manage logistics and materials.
• Key duties include:
  • Providing an exceptional client experience and earning 5‑Star reviews.
  • Measuring at the site to order materials.
  • Ordering and coordinating timely delivery of materials.
  • Managing the warehouse: logging, labeling, organizing, and accounting for all shipments before installation.
  • Over‑communicating with clients and install teams, including scheduling and sending detailed project schedules one week prior to start.
  • Coordinating day‑to‑day field work to comply with client trustpoints, proposal scope, profit margin, investment range, and safety codes.
  • Inspecting completion and forwarding feedback to the Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or other teammates.
  • Running multiple project sites safely and efficiently.
• Recruiting installer teams (1099 and W‑2).
• Participating in Operations Team meetings.

Requirements

• Experience as a Field Supervisor on residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication of project details and challenges to team members and clients.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with clear and professional communication in both languages.
• Availability to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday. Three days per week are office days in Canton for team building and warehouse management.
• Willingness to work occasional late or weekend hours to complete projects on time.
• Three professional references from previous supervisors.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Strong character guided by a good moral compass and a results‑oriented approach.

Compensation

Salary range: $70,000 – $130,000 per year, with bonuses and additional lead generation fees based on performance.
