Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System is seeking an on-site Field Supervisor to manage residential kitchen and bathroom remodel projects in the Metro Atlanta area. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, planning from start to finish, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

You will report to the Operations Manager, coordinate materials, supervise teams, and ensure safety and quality while progressing toward senior operations opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication of project details
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; must communicate clearly in both languages

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional client experience and manage projects from start to finish
• Measure on site to order materials and coordinate deliveries
• Manage warehouse, log shipments, and organize project materials
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure safety and quality across sites
• Recruit installer teams (1099s and W-2s) and participate in Operations Team meetings

Your Responsibilities As Field Supervisor

• You will report directly to our Operations Manager
• As our Field Supervisor on residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, you would be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience for every client and planning and supervising projects from start to finish
• Your responsibilities would include:
  • Creating an exceptional client experience and earn a 5-Star Google Review - create Raving Fans!
  • Measuring at the project site to order project materials
  • Ordering materials and coordinating the timely delivery of project materials
  • Managing our warehouse, including logging and labeling all incoming shipments and properly organizing them and ensuring all project materials are sorted and accounted for prior to installation
  • Over-communicating with clients and install teams, including scheduling the installation and sending the client a detailed schedule of their project one week prior to the start date
  • Managing and coordinating the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our Client Service Trustpoints, within the scope of the proposal and our gross profit margin, within the client investment range, and compliant with safety codes and ordinances
  • Inspecting the completion of the project and forward feedback to the Project Manager, the Operations Manager, the General Manager, and/or other teammates
  • Running multiple project sites effectively, efficiently, and safely
• Recruiting installer teams (1099s and W-2s)
• Participating in Operations Team meetings

Our Requirements

• Onsite Field Supervisor experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and clients
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
• Schedule:
  • Work full-time, Monday-Friday
  • Three days per week office day in Canton office for team building and warehouse management
  • Available to occasionally work late or weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion
• Three references from previous supervisors
• Positive attitude and high energy!
