Job summary

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations for Resinous Flooring and/or Concrete Polishing projects. Working from a local home office, you’ll oversee multiple field crews and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Polished Concrete or Resinous experience as Lead Foreman or Supervisor (2+ years).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing).
• 18 years of age or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct onsite supervision and coordination for multi-person crews and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain daily work schedules to meet milestones in a fast-paced environment.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality control on all job sites.
• Host daily site meetings and provide updates to Project Managers, leadership and general contractors.
• Maintain complete job site logs and documentation using SiteDocs.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while building positive client relationships.

Questmark is seeking an experienced, hands-on Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations for Resinous Flooring and/or Concrete Polishing projects. Operating out of your local home office, you will oversee multiple field crews and subcontractors–ensuring every project is delivered safely, ontime, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Leadership & Oversight - Provide direct onsite supervision and coordinationfor multi-person crews and specialty subcontractors, from mobilization through closeout
• Scheduling & Execution - Develop, maintian, execute daily work shcedules, and to consistently meet project milestones in a fast-paced environment
• Quality & Safety Compliance - Enforce strict adherence to trade specification, OSHA safety protocols, and quality control procedures on all job sites
• Communication & Reporting - Host daily site meetings, track progress, and provide clear updates to Project Manaers, leadership and general contractors.
• Digital Documentation - Maintain complete job site logs including daily reports, site photos, safety audits, and quality inspection records using SiteDocs.
• Issue Resolution - Identify and resolve field challenges quickly while building positive, long‑term relationships with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Trade Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Lead Foreman or Supervisor in Polished Concrete, Resinous
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
