Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an Interiors, Exteriors and Gutters Field Supervisor for the Indianapolis area. You will supervise interior/exterior projects, coordinate with management for quality walkthroughs, and ensure safety and timely communications with homeowners.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pass background check and pre-employment drug screening. Training is provided; industry experience preferred but not required.

As a Field Supervisor for our Interior/Exterior Division, you will provide exceptional service to Bone Dry customers in the Indianapolis area. You will be responsible for customer communication and job organization throughout the entire interior/exterior project. This role requires you to oversee a variety of home repair jobs—including drywall, siding, and gutters—while ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

You will lead by example, being the first person on the job site and the last to leave. Daily field tasks include introducing yourself to homeowners, reviewing the scope of work, documenting problem areas, coordinating with management for final quality walkthroughs, and collecting payments within 7 days.

Successful candidates will be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, climbing ladders or scaffolding, walking roofs, and completing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds. This position requires strong coordination skills to adjust to changing circumstances quickly, alongside active listening skills to effectively handle crew communication and homeowner inquiries.

In addition to supervising crew safety practices, you will handle crucial project organization, including completing Tool Box Talk paperwork, preparing job sites, processing crew payroll, and finalizing job folders and inspection reports.

The ideal candidate will have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent. Industry experience is preferred but not required, as we will provide training for the right candidate.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record that satisfies company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites, and be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
