Job summary

Ranger Environmental Services is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead industrial cleaning operations across multiple locations. The role requires strong leadership and on-site supervision capabilities.

The candidate should hold a CDL A or B with Tanker endorsements (Hazmat preferred), have 5+ years in the industrial cleaning/environmental field, and be proficient with vacuum trucks and hydro blasting units while maintaining a strong safety record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations for environmental/industrial cleaning projects.
• Coordinate and/or operate vacuum trucks and hydro blasting units on job sites.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Lead on-site crews, manage schedules including overtime as needed.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Ranger Environmental Services is an environmental and industrial cleaning company presently seeking an individual with knowledge of the industrial cleaning industry to join our team as a Field Supervisor.

The ideal candidate should have a valid CDL A or B license with Tanker endorsements and (Hazmat preferred), at least 5+ years experience in the industrial cleaning/environmental field, and proven leadership experience. This individual should be well-experienced with operating vacuum trucks and hydro blasting units, while also maintaining a safe work environment. Pay is to be determined and is based on experience. Benefits to include company truck, company paid fuel card, medical benefits, paid holidays, sick days, 1 week of vacation after 1 year of service, and additional supplemental benefits options. Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are preferred.

Candidates from construction, industrial or oil industry will be considered.
