Job summary

Intermountain West Insulation in Spokane Valley, WA, is seeking a Production Assistant to support daily operations of our field crews. You will help coordinate tasks, monitor materials and equipment, and assist with safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred in field or construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of job site safety practices and production processes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
