Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead a team delivering appliances under the Energy Savings Assistance Main Program in San Diego. You will oversee safety, quality, and timely enrollment documentation while meeting production goals.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in sales, with one year supervising staff, and a high school diploma. A reliable vehicle and California driver's license are required.

• Ensure enrollment and appliance delivery documentation is complete.
• Address customer service concerns and escalate when needed.
• Identify process improvements to boost performance and efficiency.
• Facilitate team meetings in the Senior Manager's absence.
• Maintain workplace safety and enforce policies.

Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our growing team. As Field Supervisor with Resource Innovations, you will oversee a team of field staff responsible for delivering appliances to customers through the Energy Savings Assistance Main Program. This role ensures field operations are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately while meeting program requirements, quality standards, and production goals. The Field Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, training, and support to field staff while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and productivity. Essential Functions

• Supervise, coach, train, and mentor field staff to achieve productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
• Review daily schedules, routing, and appointments to support efficient field operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to the Senior Manager.
• Conduct daily safety and production tailgate meetings and monthly safety trainings.
• Perform quality assurance audits and ride-alongs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and service quality.
• Ensure required enrollment and appliance delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and obtained timely.
• Address customer service concerns and escalade issues to the Senior Manager as appropriate.
• Identify process improvements and implement effective methods to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate team meetings in the absence of the Senior Manager.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and ensure staff follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have minimum one year of experience supervising staff

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
